Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene reasons, jewelry (including earrings), undergarments, and sale items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
